THE TEAM is seeking an experienced Director β Ticket Management based in London to oversee end-to-end ticketing operations for the FIFA World Cup 2026 hospitality programme. The role involves planning, allocation, fulfilment, and on-site delivery, with travel to the United States during the tournament.
You will lead a bespoke ticket and guest management system, liaise with FIFA teams, affiliates, and internal delivery units, and manage stakeholder expectations and reporting.
