Working with the world’s most iconic properties and brands, we elevate live events to make them unforgettable.

If you’re passionate about events, love being hands-on, and want to work with a team that delivers big, memorable brand experiences across the UK, this role is for you. LIVE·TEAM is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Event Executive to help bring to life a wide range of experiential activations for one of the UK’s biggest supermarket brands. You’ll work closely with our Account Manager and Account Director, gaining real responsibility from day one and the chance to see your work go from idea to live event.

This is the perfect role for someone with early experience in events or brand activations who wants to develop fast, learn from industry experts, and get stuck into meaningful, varied projects. This will be a hybrid role with 2 days per week spent in our Orpington office and 1 day at our Aldwych office.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Bring Experiences to Life: Support the planning and delivery of exciting brand experiences across the country. Get involved in onsite activation and event management - being part of the action, not just the admin. Contribute ideas and help turn creative concepts into practical, feasible experiences.
  • Creative & Client Collaboration: Join brainstorms and share fresh thinking backed by research and insight. Help build polished, engaging client presentations and written responses. Support artwork requests and approvals, keeping projects moving smoothly.
  • Project Operations: Keep project documents, schedules, and reports up to date and maintain project information within LIVE·TEAM’s management system (Quest). Capture meeting notes and actions clearly to keep everyone aligned.
  • Financial & Supplier Support: Assist with budgeting, purchase orders, invoices and cost tracking. Source suppliers, gather quotes, and help manage relationships throughout. Create risk assessments and method statements to support safe delivery.

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED:

  • Your Skills: 6 months+ experience working on events or brand activations (agency experience is a bonus but not essential). Able to handle multiple tasks and deliver quality communication with strong written and presentation skills. Great with people - building positive relationships with clients, suppliers and organised, solution-focused and calm under pressure. Strong numeracy and literacy skills. Full clean driving licence and a willingness to work some unsocial hours during events. Confident using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Your Personality: Proactive and ready to take responsibility. A quick learner who’s excited to grow and develop. Positive, adaptable and not afraid to get stuck in. Detail-obsessed and proud of producing great work. A team player who brings personality while fitting into the LIVE·TEAM culture.

Please note, some weekend work and/or anti-social / long hours will likely be required as part of event delivery.
