Wasing Park is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Wedding and Event Manager to join our events team. This unique opportunity is ideally suited to a front‑of‑house professional looking to build a rewarding career at one of the UK’s most prestigious exclusive‑use wedding and events venues, featuring 26 beautifully appointed bedrooms.

Wasing is a progressive and diverse estate, continually evolving within the hospitality and events industry. As part of our ambitious growth plans, we are developing into a world‑renowned wellness and retreat destination, supported by our organic farm, which supplies ingredients used in our highly acclaimed menus across the estate.

We are passionate about delivering exceptional service and pride ourselves on exceeding expectations through truly bespoke events. What we’re looking for:

  • A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Previous experience in events or hospitality
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills
  • Confident leadership and the ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm and reassuring under pressure
  • A high level of attention to detail to ensure every event is delivered to the highest standard
  • Creativity and flair to support clients in bringing their vision to life
  • A flexible, team‑focused approach, with a willingness to support colleagues when needed
  • Good IT skills, including Outlook, Excel and Word (knowledge of booking systems is a bonus)
  • A desire to grow within the business and build a long‑term career at Wasing

Full training will be provided.
