What we are looking for

We are seeking a highly motivated, reliable, and proactive individual to join our dedicated facilities team as a Mobile Building Services Supervisor at Washwood Heath Multi Academy Trust.

This is a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and safe operation of our school premises, supporting the Site team in maintaining a high‑quality environment for our students, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will provide flexible, high‑quality estates and facilities support across multiple academy sites.

They will ensure that school environments are safe, secure, clean, and well‑maintained, and will respond to site needs, emergencies and planned maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

  • Good knowledge of health and safety requirements.
  • Previous caretaking/cleaning experience preferred.
  • Driving licence advantageous.
