Washington Mills is seeking an experienced Warehouse & Production Manager to lead all warehouse, production, maintenance, inventory and logistics operations at our UK site. This leadership role ensures safe, efficient, and cost‑effective flow of materials from goods receipt through to production, storage and customer delivery.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will build high‑performing teams, drive productivity and continuous improvement, plan production schedules, manage KPIs.
