Regional Systems Specialist - Hybrid - c£70,000
Washington Frank is working with an international organisation undergoing significant investment in its finance systems. They are looking for a Regional Finance Systems Specialist to support the roll-out of a standardised finance platform across multiple countries and entities.
Reporting to a senior finance systems leader, you will take ownership of NetSuite implementations, system administration and integrations, working closely with regional finance teams and wider business stakeholders.
Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead NetSuite implementations across new entities, covering requirements gathering, configuration, UAT, training and data migration
- Manage post-go-live administration and ongoing support, including user access, system performance, upgrades and testing
- Design and maintain integrations with third-party applications, including payment, banking and tax compliance platforms
- Develop SuiteFlow workflows, customisations and integrations, alongside advanced reports, dashboards and saved searches
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery, including localisation, tax compliance and project reporting, while identifying opportunities to introduce AI and automation
Key Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience implementing and administeringNetSuite
- Understanding of multi-book, multi-currency and multi-subsidiary environment
- Hands-on technical experience covering troubleshooting, requirements analysis, customisation and API integrations
- Strong stakeholder management and experience using generative AI or automation tools
- Additional language skills are advantageous
