IFS Procurement System Lead - Essex - c£65,000
Washington Frank are working with a well established engineering organisation that is looking to welcome a Procurement Systems Lead to manage procurement systems, reporting and supplier onboarding.
This is a varied position working closely with category managers, buyers and the wider business. You will use IFS to bring clarity and consistency to procurement data and help the team improve how it works.
Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Act as the IFS super user for procurement, maintaining workflows, categorisation and reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards and produce weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports
- Run supplier onboarding
- Maintain the procurement contract register and keep procedures and policies up to date
- Manage key indirect supplier categories to support value and compliance
Key Experience & Skills:
- Experience in procurement, supply chain, analytics or systems administration
- Strong ERP proficiency with IFS preferred
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills with Power BI
- Knowledge of procurement best practices and change management
- Clear communication skills
