Waseley Hills High School is seeking a dedicated MAB ASD Achievement Assistant to join our SEND team within the specialist MAB provision.
The role involves 1:1 and small-group support, helping autistic pupils access learning, build confidence and independence, and participate fully in school life.
You will work closely with the MAB Lead, SENDCo and teaching staff, delivering autism-informed strategies across mainstream lessons and targeted interventions.
