About you
We are looking for an Assistant Branch Manager to join our branch. This is the chance to be a part of something innovative, inspirational and exciting.
The Role:
We are looking for someone with passion for the industry that has a hands-on approach to work. Someone with the ability to respond to daily business requirements in a timely and professional manner and a professional who thrives on leading by example and developing and motivating the team to work to the highest possible standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with daily branch management including staff rotas, updating relevant systems, recruitment, training and development
- Supporting the performance management of the team
- Ensuring customers receive a high level of customer service at all times
- Working closely with the branch manager and kitchen team to ensure high levels of food, hygiene and health & safety are maintained
- Ensuring all staff have a good knowledge of the food and products to assist customers with any queries
- Supporting the branch manager with analysing and generating various reports including expenditure, revenue and stock control management.
Our Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality/catering industry
- Outstanding problem solving and organisational skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with our customers
- Knowledge in budgeting, forecasting and labour control would be advantageous
- Ability to train, motivate and develop the team and liaise between both the front of house and kitchen teams
- An understanding of Food, Health & Safety
- Experience in using Forth Hospitality would be advantageous
