Are you passionate about creating an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive? Warwickshire Police is seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Health & Wellbeing Advisor to join our team and play a vital role in supporting health, wellbeing, and accessibility across the organisation.

Job Purpose

To support delivery of the force’s Health and Wellbeing Strategy through identifying trends and areas of concern and working with departments to resolve these. To ensure policies and processes reflect and reinforce the workforce promise to put Health and Wellbeing first.

Main Responsibilities

  • Analyse HR and people data to identify trends and areas of concern – including sickness statistics, Occupational Health feedback, force surveys and Fairness At Work submissions.
  • Provide targeted support to departments with high absence levels through coaching line managers and quality assuring attendance management processes.
  • Conduct DSE assessments. Provide guidance and advice to users to ensure they use their DSE correctly.
