Please note that you can only complete these assessments with one police force and once registered with a police force and either not completing the assessment, or being unsuccessful, you will be unable to reapply for 3 months to any police force. Your next stage will be an invite to interview with our current Police community support officers members and other representatives of the force. If you are successful at these selection stages, we will then commence pre-employment checks including vetting, medical and employment references. The main purpose of the usual role of a PCSO is to work within identified communities to enhance safer neighbourhoods and provide reassurance in order to reduce both crime and the fear of crime. All post holders are expected to know, understand and act within the ethics and values of the Police Service. Intelligent, creative and informed policing This role requires the post holder to be operating at or working towards Level 1 of the CVF. The post holder must hold a current, full driving licence. You should expect to join Warwickshire Police as a Police Community Support Officer in early March 2025 so please get your applications in ASAP!
