We are seeking applications from substantive Chief Superintendents or substantive Superintendents who can demonstrate their ability for immediate promotion to work at a Chief Superintendent level. You will thrive in a complex, fast-paced environment, bringing energy, motivation and strong operational expertise. Our ambition is simple yet bold: policing excellence as standard. You will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding service and protecting our communities.
Location: You will work across Warwickshire but be based at Police Headquarters, Leek Wootton. The closing date for applications is midday on 06 February 2026. For colleagues who are shortlisted for interview you must be available on the selection date of 06 March 2026. You will also be invited to attend an optional virtual familiarisation event with some of our senior leads on 18 February 2026. Applications are welcomed from substantive Chief Superintendents or substantive Superintendents who can demonstrate their ability to work at a Chief Superintendent level. Completion of the Level 4 Senior Leadership Development Programme is desirable.
