Join our team at Warwickshire County Cricket Club as a Ticketing Systems Administrator and play a key role in delivering seamless ticketing and membership experiences at Edgbaston Stadium. In this 12-month fixed-term role, you will manage and optimise our ticketing platforms, including Secutix and HID access control, working closely with internal teams, external partners, and the digital team to ensure tickets are available securely and efficiently.
You will be involved in matchday operations, supporting the Supporter Services Team, maintaining accurate stadium manifests; including new stands and facilities for the 2027 season, and providing reporting to support both operational and strategic decision-making.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with experience managing ticketing systems, ideally within sports or live entertainment. Hands-on knowledge of Secutix is highly desirable, along with strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative approach to working with diverse stakeholders.
