Warwickshire County Cricket Club and Birmingham Phoenix are building an exciting high‑performance future across the professional and pathway game, and we are now recruiting a Performance Analyst to join our growing Performance Department ahead of the 2026 season.

In this role, you will support Bears Men, Bears Women and Birmingham Phoenix squads by delivering high‑quality match and training analysis, opposition scouting, player development reporting, and performance insight to help coaches and players make informed decisions. This is a hands‑on role within a high‑performance cricket environment across multiple formats and competitions, contributing directly to preparation, tactical planning and player development.

We are looking for a curious, detail‑focused and collaborative analyst with experience in cricket or a comparable sport, who is passionate about performance and able to translate data and video into actionable insights. You will work closely with coaches, performance staff and multi‑disciplinary teams, supporting review cycles, dashboards, reporting, and the maintenance of databases and tagging structures, all within a values‑led, high‑performance environment.

Contract type / flexibility

We are open to considering alternative contract types, depending on candidate availability and suitability (including seasonal or part‑time arrangements).
