Warwickshire CCC is seeking a Head of Data & Intelligence to lead our performance and data strategy, turning complex insights into actionable decisions for coaches, players, and management. You will develop and maintain systems to analyse player performance, squad profiles, and match preparation, while embedding reflective practices across the club. You will also play a key role in supporting Birmingham Phoenix squad planning and auction strategies, ensuring evidence-based recruitment and team-building decisions. This is a unique opportunity to shape elite cricket performance through innovation, analysis, and strategy.

You will lead our Analysis department, deliver detailed opposition and player insights, drive squad profiling and recruitment intelligence, and develop tools that influence both match-day and long-term planning.
