Join our team at Warwickshire County Cricket Club as part of our Fan Squad for the 2026 season and play a key role in delivering unforgettable matchday experiences at Edgbaston. This is a casual, zero‑hours opportunity supporting both T20 Blast and The Hundred fixtures, as well as a range of community events across Birmingham and the wider region.
You'll be at the heart of the action – welcoming fans, bringing energy to interactive zones, supporting sponsor activations, and helping create a vibrant, inclusive atmosphere for supporters of all ages. We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and approachable individuals who are confident engaging with diverse audiences and thrive in a fast‑paced, people‑focused environment. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and flexibility are essential, along with a willingness to get involved in a wide variety of activities; from matchday entertainment to community outreach.
While experience in events, sport, customer service, or marketing is beneficial, it's not essential.
