The Impact You’ll Make: As Commercial Partnerships Manager, you will lead the delivery of partnership rights, build strong brand relationships, and collaborate across teams to create impactful activations. This role is an opportunity to shape how Birmingham Phoenix engages with partners, supports commercial growth, and delivers meaningful connections between brands and cricket fans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and innovate Birmingham Phoenix partnership rights, ensuring partners see tangible value.
- Build and manage positive, forward-thinking relationships with partners at all levels.
- Develop and implement activation plans, sponsorship strategies, and performance reporting.
- Collaborate across the business to identify and develop creative ideas for partnership engagement.
- Support contract renewals and sales activities with partner insights and activation ideas.
- Manage events and activations that strengthen partner relationships.
- Provide internal reporting to senior leadership on partnership delivery and performance.
Your Skills and Experience:
- Experience delivering partnerships for a rights holder or agency within elite sport.
- Proven ability to build and manage relationships with national and global brands.
