We’re looking for a commercially sharp, creatively bold Senior Partnership Sales Manager to drive high‑value, purpose‑led partnerships for Birmingham Phoenix and across Warwickshire Cricket. Cricket is one of the fastest-growing sports in the country and is entering one of the most exciting phases in its history with the continued evolution of The Hundred. This role offers the chance to be part of that journey - playing a key role in growing Birmingham Phoenix by increasing its fan base and unlocking commercial potential.
You’ll own the full sales journey – from spotting opportunities and crafting standout pitches to closing deals and building long‑term brand relationships. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll blend insight, storytelling and data to create partnership propositions that excite brands, hit ambitious revenue targets and genuinely fit our audiences and values.
