Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for building relationships and delivering commercial results? We are looking for a Sales Executive to play a key role in driving hospitality and matchday revenue at Edgbaston Stadium. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering against revenue targets across our premium offerings, including Hospitality, GA+ and Business Club.
You will take ownership of the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline management through to conversion and matchday delivery, ensuring a high-quality client experience at every stage. We are looking for someone with proven sales capability and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. You will be confident managing a sales pipeline, proactive in identifying new opportunities, and focused on delivering strong client retention and satisfaction. You will also be comfortable working collaboratively across teams and contributing to matchday operations.
