Are you a commercially driven sales leader with a passion for live sport and premium hospitality? We are looking for a Hospitality Sales Manager to lead and grow our domestic hospitality business at Edgbaston Cricket Ground. In this role, you will take ownership of hospitality sales across our major competitions, manage and motivate a high-performing sales team, and build strong, long-term relationships with key clients. You will play a hands-on role in driving revenue, managing sales pipelines and forecasting through CRM, and developing market-leading hospitality products, including GA+, Business Club and membership offerings. Working closely with ticketing, marketing, operations and catering teams, you will also take a senior on-site role on matchdays, ensuring an outstanding guest experience in a fast-paced live environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow the domestic hospitality business at Edgbaston Cricket Ground, owning hospitality sales across major competitions.
  • Manage and motivate a high-performing sales team and build strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Drive revenue by actively managing sales pipelines and forecasting through CRM.
  • Develop market-leading hospitality products, including GA+, Business Club and membership offerings.
  • Collaborate with ticketing, marketing, operations and catering teams.
  • Take a senior on-site role on matchdays to ensure an outstanding guest experience in a fast-paced live environment.

Qualifications / Experience

  • Experienced hospitality or premium events sales professional with strong leadership skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering revenue targets and a customer-first mindset.
