We are seeking an experienced high‑performance leader to shape the future of our player pathways and recruitment strategy across Warwickshire, Bears and Birmingham Phoenix.
In this senior leadership role, you will:
- Lead the development and delivery of inclusive, diverse, boys’ and girls’ pathways
- Align pathway programmes with professional squad needs and long‑term recruitment planning
- Oversee holistic player development, monitoring and youth to senior transition systems
- Lead recruitment and retention processes in partnership with coaches and data insights teams
- Manage and inspire multidisciplinary pathway and recruitment staff to raise the bar in developing the next generation of talent
