Responsibilities
- Support Birmingham Phoenix and teams across the Club, influencing decisions, guiding budgeting and delivering high‑quality reporting.
- Lead monthly accounts, forecasting, variance analysis and key financial processes.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Use analysis, communication skills and professional judgement to make a clear and measurable impact.
Qualifications
- Fully qualified chartered accountant status.
- Strong management accounting and financial analysis experience.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and budget holders.
- Strong Excel and financial systems capability.
Salary: Up to ÂŁ45,000 per annum
Hours: Full‑time, Permanent
