Responsibilities

• Support Birmingham Phoenix and teams across the Club, influencing decisions, guiding budgeting and delivering high‑quality reporting.
• Lead monthly accounts, forecasting, variance analysis and key financial processes.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Use analysis, communication skills and professional judgement to make a clear and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified chartered accountant status.
• Strong management accounting and financial analysis experience.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and budget holders.
• Strong Excel and financial systems capability.

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum

Hours: Full‑time, Permanent
