Join our team at Warwickshire County Cricket Club as part of our Fan Squad for the 2026 season and play a key role in delivering unforgettable matchday experiences at Edgbaston. This is a casual, zero‑hours opportunity supporting both T20 Blast and The Hundred fixtures, as well as a range of community events across Birmingham and the wider region. You'll be at the heart of the action – welcoming fans, bringing energy to interactive zones, supporting sponsor activations, and helping create a vibrant, inclusive atmosphere for supporters of all ages.

We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and approachable individuals who are confident engaging with diverse audiences and thrive in a fast‑paced, people‑focused environment. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and flexibility are essential, along with a willingness to get involved in a wide variety of activities; from matchday entertainment to community outreach. While experience in events, sport, customer service, or marketing is beneficial, it's not essential. This role is ideal for anyone looking to gain hands‑on experience in live events, fan engagement, and community activation, with full training provided and the opportunity to work behind the scenes at major sporting events.

Contract & Hours

• Zerohour contract: shifts offered according to event schedules and business needs.
• Work during T20 Blast, The Hundred, and selected community events throughout the season.
• Hours vary and may include evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
