We are seeking a proactive and organised Cricket Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of Bears Men's 1st and 2nd XI programmes and all Birmingham Phoenix cricket at Edgbaston.
You will be responsible for managing fixtures, travel, player administration, compliance, and matchday operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly in a high-performance environment.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Experience in operations or logistics management within professional or high-performance sport
- Strong organisational and time-management skills to coordinate complex schedules and priorities
- Confidence in stakeholder management, including players, coaches, officials, and internal departments
- Knowledge of compliance, safeguarding, and UKAD requirements
- Budget management experience and attention to operational detail
