Join us in shaping vital adult social care services in Warwickshire. We are looking to appoint an experienced and motivated Senior Accountant (Team Manager) to support the Social Care & Health Directorate, following the promotion of one of our current postholders. This is a permanent, full‑time post (37 hours per week) at Scale O (£52,726 – £54,769 at 2025/26 rates, 2026/27 pay award pending), including a £4,500 per annum market supplement until at least 30 June 2027.
This is an important and rewarding role, providing high‑quality financial support and advice to shape the commissioning and delivery of Adult Social Care across Warwickshire. Adult Social Care is the largest service in the Council, with an annual gross revenue budget of £350 m and an income budget of £75 m.
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage two accountants and two finance officers, supporting and developing a committed team.

- A professional accountancy qualification with substantial post‑qualification experience.
