We are seeking a proactive and experienced leader to head up our Minor Works Team within the County Highways service. This team plays a vital role in delivering Traffic Regulation Orders (TROs), Civil Parking Enforcement schemes, and a range of other minor works projects that keep Warwickshire moving safely and efficiently.

As Team Leader, you will:

  • Lead and support a team of engineers and technicians
  • Oversee the planning and delivery of TROs, parking enforcement schemes, and minor works
  • Ensure all projects are completed safely, on time, and in line with council policies and statutory requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement and uphold high standards of service across the highways network
