Responsibilities
- Lead the review and development of Warwickshire's public transport network, design, and optimise routes, timetables and services to meet evolving demand.
- Contribute to funding bids (DfT, developer contributions and other streams).
- Collaborate with operators, stakeholders and internal teams to deliver improvements.
- Support the development of innovative, data‑led approaches to network planning.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in public transport planning (typically 5+ years or equivalent).
- Strong skills in routing, scheduling and service design.
- Knowledge of transport funding and business case development.
- Confident engaging with a wide range of stakeholders and partners.
- Comfortable using data and digital tools to inform planning decisions.
- Fluency duty: Required. Must be able to speak and provide advice in accurate spoken English to the public.
