Warwickshire County Council is recruiting a Family Support Worker to ensure family time is facilitated in a regular and safe environment, focusing on safeguarding and building positive family relationships. You will manage a regular caseload while remaining flexible to changing circumstances and producing detailed reports of observed interactions.
You will transport children to and from carers (sometimes outside Warwickshire), attend family time review meetings, record sessions, and liaise with relevant parties.
