We are looking for an experienced Programme Manager to lead the delivery of the Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF) strand of the Connect to Work programme across Warwickshire. This key role involves overseeing programme performance, managing partnerships with employment and skills providers, and ensuring delivery meets local need and external funding requirements. You will work closely with colleagues, funders, and delivery partners to shape and monitor activity that supports residents in progressing toward sustainable employment.

Fluency Duty

The Fluency Duty is outlined in the Code of Practice on the English language requirements for public sector workers. The Fluency Duty for this role is Required. You must be able to speak and provide advice in accurate spoken English to the public.

Successful applicants will be subject to a range of pre‑engagement checks, including a relevant Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. In accordance with the DBS code of practice and our own policy, should an individual have a declared criminal offence an individual assessment will be completed.
