Job Opportunity: Disabilities, Mental Health and Autism Commissioner (Warwickshire) – Disabilities and Mental Health Commissioning Team – 1 year fixed-term contract. If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Disabilities, Mental Health and Autism Commissioner.

Key Priorities

  • Use commissioning approaches and customer engagement to review current provision, identify future requirements, drive performance and implement evidence-based improvement.
  • Market Engagement – Foster meaningful communication and updates with the market to build relationships, align priorities and address gaps.
  • Issue Resolution – Collaborate with stakeholders to tackle challenges as they arise.

The Fluency Duty is outlined in the Code of Practice on the English language requirements for public sector workers. The Fluency Duty for this role is Required. You must be able to speak and provide advice in accurate spoken English to the public.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A passion for engagement and co-production, driving positive change and creating inclusive services.
  • A solid understanding of commissioning, service redesign, and strategic planning.
  • Experience in Social Care and/or Health.
  • Strong partnership working, project management, negotiation, and communication skills.
