Warwickshire County Council is seeking a Building Services Supervisor for our Warwick area premises.
You will ensure buildings are opened and closed on time, are safe and secure using alarms, and carry out routine maintenance.
You will supervise cleaning and caretaking staff and contractors, undertake site inspections, recycling, and manage emails, stock orders and paperwork.
Training is provided; there are weekend overtime and on-call duties as part of the role.
