We're looking for a Customer Service Executive to be the first point of contact for enquiries and visitors across our sites, supporting existing tenants and promoting the Centres to attract new businesses. This is a varied role combining customer service, marketing, and operational support.
Key Requirements:
- Deliver a professional front-of-house service and handle enquiries.
- Manage unit enquiries, conduct viewings, and support tenant onboarding and exits.
- Oversee meeting room and co-working space bookings.
- Promote the centre through social media and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate business support and in-house events.
- Handle administrative tasks including mail, billing, and customer requests.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and Health & Safety standards.
- Strong customer service skills and a professional approach.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and build positive relationships.
- Experience in marketing, social media, or events is desirable.
- Knowledge of GDPR and Health & Safety is an advantage.
