An exciting opportunity has arisen within Warwickshire County Council's Youth Service, supporting young people aged 11 to 18 in Bedworth. We're a small, dedicated team of JNC qualified youth workers within Children's Services, delivering evidence based support that makes a real difference. Young people are at the heart of everything we do.
Responsibilities
- Supporting evening youth club sessions and street based youth work, engaging with young people through activities, mentoring, and informal education.
- Experience working with young people is ideal, but not essential – we offer training and support for the right candidates.
- A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine interest in youth development.
Language & Safeguarding
The Fluency Duty is outlined in the Code of Practice on the English language requirements for public sector workers. The Fluency Duty for this role is Required. You must be able to speak and provide advice in accurate spoken English to the public.
