An exciting opportunity has arisen within Warwickshire County Council's Youth Service, supporting young people aged 11 to 18 in Bedworth. We're a small, dedicated team of JNC qualified youth workers within Children's Services, delivering evidence-based support that makes a real difference. Young people are at the heart of everything we do.
We're currently recruiting for 2 part-time Assistant Youth Workers to join our team in Bedworth.
- Hours: 5 hours per week
- Days: Tuesday and Friday evenings
- Role: Supporting evening youth club sessions and street-based youth work, engaging with young people through activities, mentoring, and informal education.
What we're looking for:
- Experience working with young people is ideal, but not essential – we offer training and support for the right candidates.
- A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine interest in youth development.
