Warwick Schools Foundationis seeking to appoint 2 Resources Assistants. An excellent opportunity to work within the facilities team. To be involved in a range of administrative tasks across a range of areas. This includes monitoring and managing inbound telephone calls and shared inboxes. Creating and managing orders, supporting Facilities line managers and inputting information. Contractor management to ensure security and safeguarding. Aiding with the helpdesk and helping facilities to ensure compliance.
