Zammitti Law is seeking a curious, organized, dependable, and technology-comfortable person who wants to learn and grow with a modern estate-planning law firm.
No Legal Experience Required
Prior legal experience is not required. We will provide training.
This position combines legal support, project coordination, client communication, technology, and day-to-day office operations. The right person will enjoy variety, take ownership of assignments, and find satisfaction in keeping important projects moving forward.
Responsibilities And Training
- Prepare and organize legal documents under team supervision.
- Assist with estate-planning and trust-funding projects.
- Help prepare deeds, business-formation documents, and related filings.
- Coordinate with clients, professional colleagues, title companies, financial institutions, county clerks, and government agencies.
- Track projects, deadlines, and outstanding items through completion.
- Support client meetings and document signings.
- Assist with mail, scanning, copying, filing, and document assembly.
- Improve office systems, checklists, workflows, and organization.
- Use approved AI tools and technology to help make legal services more efficient.
