The predicted salary is between 34.01 - 34.01 £ per hour.

Warwick School is seeking to appoint a Cello teacher to help a busy and thriving Music Department to Warwick School.

The post-holder will deliver Cello lessons as part of the Instrumental Scheme for Year 7 pupils.

There will be between 2 and 5 pupils per class, each lesson lasting 50 minutes.

A curriculum and set pieces are to be studied; a performance is given at the end of the Michaelmas Term.

This role will report to the Director of Music (Warwick School).

Hours of Work

(at maximum per day). Possibility for this to spread across multiple days in the future.

Instrumental Scheme teaching needed for Tuesdays for Michaelmas Term (September to December) only 5 hours per week in Michaelmas Term on the Year 7 Instrumental Scheme – pupil numbers thereafter are dependent on pupil uptake from the Scheme.

Salary range

£34.01 per hour plus 12.07% holiday pay (pro‑rata based on number of lessons or lesson duration in accordance to the maintained pupil list) (subject to review annually).
