We are seeking to appoint a Casual Purchase Ledger Clerk to help a busy and thriving Finance Department at Warwick School Foundation to support the smooth and efficient operation of the purchase ledger function. They will:
- Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Match purchase orders and delivery notes with invoices and resolve discrepancies.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage supplier and budget holder queries professionally and efficiently.
- Assist with month-end and year-end processes and reporting as required, working closely with the Finance Team.
- Process supplier setup and any amendments with appropriate due diligence, such as independent verification of bank details.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems in line with Foundation policies and for audit purposes.
- Ensure compliance with Foundation policies, charity finance regulations and internal controls.
- Assist with the documentation of processes and system improvements.
Location: Warwick Campus
