Kingsley Explorers Nursery Leamington Spa is seeking founding Room Leads (Babies, Toddlers, Preschool) to help launch our new all-year-round nursery. You will lead practice within your room, delivering high-quality EYFS provision and setting strong standards from day one.

Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Hours: Full time, all year round (40 hours per week)

Location: The Kingsley School

About You:

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 4/5 desirable)
  • Experience as a Room Leader or Senior Practitioner
  • Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
  • Organised, professional and committed to high standards
