Kingsley Explorers Nursery is seeking a Deputy Nursery Manager to help establish a brand-new nursery at The Kingsley School in Leamington Spa. You will support the Nursery Manager to deliver outstanding education and care from day one.
The role requires a warm leadership style, at least two years in a senior nursery position, excellent organisation, and a solid EYFS/Ofsted understanding. Salary up to £38,000 plus a recruitment & retention award up to £1,500 and phased bonuses.
