Overview
Warwick Schools Foundation is seeking to appoint a Foundation Office Administrative Assistant to support the work of the central charity\’s executive office, known as \’the Foundation Office\’.
Responsibilities
- Work closely in a team comprising the Personal Assistant to the Foundation Principal, the Bursar, the Governance Manager (currently on maternity leave), and the Foundation Office Administrator.
- Play a key role in ensuring the successful operations of the Foundation Office.
Qualifications
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Capacity to effectively multitask and manage priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Hours & Salary
- Hours of Work: 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday), all year round.
- Salary: Pay band between 19 to 22.
- Point 19 FTE is £25,956 per annum; Point 22 FTE is £27,815 per annum.
