We are seeking to appoint a talented Deputy Head of Events and Food Operations to work in our busy and thriving Catering and Events Department at Warwick Schools Foundation. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring we serve an exceptional standard of food across the Foundation. They will line manage our Front of House and Events Managers.
In respect of qualifications, they will have a professional catering qualification of at least NVQ level 3 or City & Guilds or equivalent and/or a strong relevant work history. The skills and experience we require include but are not limited to:
- Strong leadership qualities
- Managing, training and mentoring staff
- Using catering operation systems
- Budget management
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, working 5 days over 7 days.
Pay banding: Spine point range 36 to 39, £41,230 to £44,342 per annum.
