We are working on behalf of a highly regarded and well-established law firm to recruit an ambitious Property Litigation Solicitor to join their growing dispute resolution team based in Birmingham city centre. This is an excellent opportunity to join a firm with a strong reputation in litigation and a diverse client base, offering high-quality work and genuine scope for development.
Experience Required
- Contentious Landlord and Tenant matters (acting for both landlords and tenants)
- Residential and commercial property disputes
- Boundary disputes
- General property litigation
- TOLATA claims
- Professional negligence claims relating to property
- Broader commercial or general litigation experience would be advantageous
Key Skills & Attributes
- Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel, PDF document software, and case management systems
- Advocacy experience or willingness to undertake advocacy when required
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong team player with a collaborative approach
- Commitment to business development and contributing to firm-wide growth
- Excellent client care skills with the ability to manage client expectations
- The role involves significant client contact, so strong communication skills and a professional manner are essential.
You will work under supervision while managing your own caseload as part of a supportive dispute resolution team.
Candidate Profile
