We are working on behalf of a highly regarded and well-established law firm to recruit an ambitious Property Litigation Solicitor to join their growing dispute resolution team based in Birmingham city centre. Experience Required

  • Contentious Landlord and Tenant matters (acting for both landlords and tenants)
  • Residential and commercial property disputes
  • Boundary disputes
  • General property litigation
  • TOLATA claims
  • Professional negligence claims relating to property
  • Broader commercial or general litigation experience would be advantageous

  • Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel, PDF document software, and case management systems
  • Advocacy experience or willingness to undertake advocacy when required
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
