We are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Generalist Administrator to work on behalf of our client. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous HR administration experience who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and fast-paced environment.
This role is initially offered on a 3-month temporary basis, with a strong possibility of extension or becoming permanent for the right candidate.
The Role
- 37.5 hours per week
- 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday
- Onsite
- Pay rate: £14.00 - £15.50 per hour, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the HR team with a variety of administrative duties
- Managing and responding to multiple HR inboxes
- Forwarding and escalating HR queries where appropriate
- Accurately inputting employee data onto HR system
- Updating and maintaining HR-related Excel spreadsheets
