We're a fast-growing outsourced HR consultancy based in Warwickshire, supporting small businesses across the West Midlands and beyond. Our clients trust us because we offer practical, no-nonsense HR advice that helps them stay compliant and people focused. We're a small team with big ambition and we're looking for an experienced HR Consultant who can hit the ground running and deliver excellent service.

This is a client-facing role, where you will be expected to visit our clients onsite. While you'll have a desk at our Warwick office, you'll spend some of your time out supporting clients onsite across Warwickshire, providing proactive HR support tailored to each business.
