Working alongside an experienced Head Chef, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, delivering high-quality food for members, guests, functions and events. The Role
- Supporting and deputising for the Head Chef when required
- Leading kitchen service and overseeing daily operations
- Managing food preparation and service standards
- Delivering high-quality dishes for members, guests and events
- Assisting with the planning and execution of large functions and banqueting events
- Leading and motivating the kitchen team during busy service periods
- Maintaining food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Organising cleaning schedules and kitchen procedures
- Assisting with stock control, invoices and kitchen administration
- Ensuring smooth and efficient kitchen operations at all times
