An opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Property Litigation Solicitor to join a well-established and busy team.
Experience required:- Property Litigation Solicitor (25 PQE)
- Contentious landlord and tenant matters (residential and commercial)
- Acting for both landlords and tenants
- Boundary disputes
- General property disputes
- TOLATA claims
- Professional negligence claims relating to property
- Broader commercial/general litigation experience (advantageous)
- Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, PDF software and case management systems)
- Advocacy experience where required
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team
- Strong client care and communication skills
- Experience managing client expectations
- Enthusiasm for business development and contributing to the growth of the team
