About the Role
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join a growing data and insight team. This role is responsible for developing analysis and reporting capabilities, identifying trends, monitoring business performance, and delivering actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. Working closely with key stakeholders, you will analyse complex datasets, develop dashboards and reports, improve data quality, and help drive business performance through data-led recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Write and optimise SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyse data.
- Build and maintain data sources from multiple systems.
- Support stakeholders by providing meaningful analysis and actionable insights.
- Define and implement data acquisition and integration processes.
- Monitor data quality and recommend process improvements.
- Produce clear documentation and present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Assist business teams in understanding and accessing data.
- Support projects by providing technical data analysis and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with data protection, governance, and information security requirements.

- Previous experience in a Data Analyst or similar analytical role.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
- Experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI.
- Experience with Python, R, XML, JavaScript, or ETL tools.
