Are you confident on the phone and fluent in one of the following languages: Finnish, Dutch, German, Danish, or French? Our client is looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join a busy business-to-business (B2B) marketing team as Bilingual Telemarketing Specialists. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills in both English and a second European language, and an interest in sales, marketing, or customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to engage with international business clients
  • Communicate confidently in English and your second language
  • Generate leads and set appointments
  • Provide information about services and respond to client queries
  • Maintain and update customer databases
  • Conduct telephone surveys and follow-up calls
  • Book attendees for events and support multilingual campaigns
  • Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company professionally

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluency in English plus at least one of the following: Finnish, Dutch, German, Danish, or French
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence speaking with international clients over the phone
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or support (preferred but not essential)
  • Ability to understand client needs and explain solutions clearly
  • Well-organised with good time management
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Experience with CRM systems is an advantage
  • Must be available to work on-site in Solihull

Hours

  • Full-time or part-time hours available
