A well-established regional law firm seeking a Private Client Solicitor (NQ5 years PQE) to join its growing team in Bromsgrove. The Opportunity
You will join a sizeable and experienced Private Client team handling a broad range of matters. The role offers strong support, high-quality work and the opportunity to further develop your expertise within a collaborative division. Your caseload will include:
- Wills
- Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
- Estate administration
- Creation and administration of trusts
- Supporting with marketing and business development initiatives
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (NQ5 PQE)
- Experience managing a general Private Client caseload
- Strong commitment to client care and relationship management
- Understanding of regulatory compliance, including Law Society guidance, GDPR and Solicitors Accounts Rules
- Proactive approach to business development and cross-referrals
- Full driving licence
